Pet of the week, SELLERS:
Brought to you by Paris Animal Welfare Society (PAWS)
Meet
Sellers! He was brought to us along with Lollie and Dancer. We
believe Lollie is his Mom. The people had too many dogs and
couldn't continue to care for them. They were kept outside and
probably were not given a lot of attention. Sellers is 8 - 9
months old (as of 4/14) and is a Collie/Catahoula Leopard mix.
He is quite unique with his brown and blue brindle coat, which
is quite soft. He has such a sweet face and is adorable. He will
be a medium to large sized dog when fully grown. He is shy with
people, but you will find his tail wagging in the hopes of
getting attention. He'll quickly warm up in a stable and loving
home and prove to be an affectionate boy. He doesn't mind being
picked up. He is active and likes to play. He has no issues with
food and politely takes treats. It does not appear that he has
had any training, but should learn easily since he wants to
please. Sellers is ready for home so he can become a loving
companion.
For more info on Sellers, visit his profile page, visit www.pawspets.org or call P.A.W.S at 859-988-9800.
The Paris Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is seeking temporary foster homes for their animals. If you would like to provide a temporary home prior to adoption, or simply provide a vacation from the shelter environment for a few days, please contact PAWS at 859-988-9800.
