Downtown Lexington Holiday Parade & Holiday Tree and Menorah Lighting Festival

Celebrate the holiday season in Downtown Lexington on December 6! This year, we’re bringing the Downtown Lexington Holiday Parade and our annual Holiday Tree and Menorah Lighting Festival together for one festive evening downtown.

The parade will kick off at 5 p.m., featuring a variety of organizations, bands, floats, and, of course, Santa Claus himself! Following the parade, join us in Triangle Park for our Holiday Tree and Menorah Lighting, with the lighting program beginning at approximately 6 p.m. Enjoy the festive spirit as Lexington’s Christmas Tree and Hanukkah Menorah light up the heart of downtown, accompanied by community performances and holiday cheer.

We look forward to celebrating the season with you! The parade application is now available below for organizations interested in participating. More information about the event is coming soon!
