Executive Chef Nicholas Fisherkeller worked at Lexington hotspots like ELIXIR, Minglewood, Julep Cup, and Portofino before taking the helm at Lockbox. His focus on locally sourced ingredients and playful approach to cooking have taken center stage since the restaurant reopened earlier this year. For the second supper of our fall season in Lexington, Chef Fisherkeller will delight guests with a multi-course menu focused on fresh, Kentucky ingredients and farm-raised Southern oysters.
