General Information

EVENT TIMES:  Food and beverage booths will be set up and open for business at 4:30pm until 8:00pm.  The weekly band plays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

EVENT LOCATION:  The event takes place every week at the Fifth Third Bank Pavilion in Cheapside Park, between West Main Street and West Short Street, just west of Upper Street.  The park is directly adjacent to the Old Courthouse.  Follow this link for a map showing Cheapside Park.

crowdIN THE CASE OF RAIN:  In the event of rain, the band will be moved under the Fifth Third Bank Pavilion at Cheapside Park. The pavilion is HUGE, with lots of covered space to sit down, so the party won't stop due to a little drizzle

PARKING: Parking  in Downtown can be found by visiting www.lexpark.org or www.parking.com.  Note:  The DLC is not affiliated with any of the parking lots or garages in Downtown Lexington. The Colt Trolley operates Downtown starting at 6:00pm and makes a stop on Main Street right in front of Cheapside Park, and on Upper Street at Main Street, among many other stops throughout Downtown. The Colt is free, so getting to the event from almost anywhere Downtown is a breeze!

PETS:Friendly pets are welcome at the event - just please be sure to pick up after them.

FAMILY FUN: Central Bank Thursday Night Live concerts are family-friendly events free to the public.  Bring your own beach chair or blanket and enjoy the sounds of the best bands in Lexington!

FOOD: Various food will be available for purchase each night. Food must be purchased directly from each of these vendors.

**Please be aware that bringing your own alcohol into Cheapside Park is strictly prohibited.  Not only is it illegal, but by purchasing beer from the beer booth, you are supporting the continuation of this free concert series.  The DLC relies on the proceeds from beer sales to fund the expenses associated with this event.  If you enjoy these concerts, then show your support for Central Bank Thursday Night live by purchasing a beer!

BEER: The DLC will again sell beer during Central Bank Thursday Night Live! Beer must be purchased directly from the beer tents.

WINE: Wine will be available the white beer tent located near Main Street.

SODA AND WATER: Soda and water will be sold by the food vendors each week

FEATURED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION:
Each week, one of the DLC's member non-profit organizations will be the recipient of all tips collected during the evening as a thank-you for volunteering their time to come out and serve beer for that event.  Tip boxes will be stationed at each drink booth.  We couldn't do this without their help - show your appreciation by tipping!
