DLC Calendar of Events

Thank you for visiting DLC's Downtown Events Calendar.  Our goal is to make this the most comprehensive events calendar for the Downtown Lexington Area.  There's more going on downtown than ever before and there's something here for everyone!  

What You Will Find On Our Calendar

Art, music, theatre, dancing, clubs, sports, shopping, food, festivals and kid's activities are just some of the things you can find in downtown Lexington.  Events are grouped by date and listed in alphabetical order by event title.  In the case of a very large collection, a date may be broken into sub-groups by event category.  Listed separately are "Exhibits" and "Classes and Workshops Running Multiple Days" at the beginning of each month.

Our primary focus is to list DLC Member events in the downtown Lexington area; however' events outside of downtown will be listed if they are presented by DLC Members.  Non-member events will be listed only if they are located in downtown.

How to Submit an Event to the DLC Calendar

Websites are checked regularly to obtain information for our calendar; however, if you would like to submit an event, emailing us  is the best way.  Please make sure to include the following information:  

Name of event, date/all multiple dates/date range, event location, event time, name and phone number of public contact, link to relevant website,  and a short description of the event.  Please view the calendar to see how information is listed.  

Note: Event addresses are not included due to space limitations (with the exception of Central KY Blood Center blood drives). Due to the high volume of calendar submissions we receive, please make sure that all info is ready to cut and paste.  Email the event information to info@downtownlex.com
