best four-legged friend to Central Bank Thursday Night Live on
August 2 for a canine costume contest. Prizes
including a gift card to Dog Town, a doggie goodie bag
from For the Love of Dogs Bakery and an
Incredipet gift card will be given for the 3
best outfits. Registration is $10 and a portion of
the proceeds benefit the Paris Animal Welfare

Together now for 11 years, The Johnson Brothers
play a well-balanced mix of high-quality
covers including the likes of Elton John, Steely

Johnson Brothers have played at Shakespeare in
the Park, Natasha's Cafe and the Lexington
Children's Theater, just to name a few, and they return
for their sophomore Central Bank Thursday

The Downtown Lexington Corporation would like to
announce a new publication "Destination Downtown".
This publication will be printed quarterly and have
sections for shopping, dining, attractions, nightlife
and events. The first issue will hit Lexington in
mid-September.
If you are a DLC member and would like to
include an event happening between September 15 and
November 30 in our events section, send those
to info@downtownlex.com no later than
Aug. 30th.
All member events will also be included in Monday
Matters. All Downtown events regardless of DLC
